Privacy Policy and Security.

While using our services, we will collect some personal data which will include email address, first and last name, phone number and full address. This will be used for invoicing and stored only in QuickBooks which is 100% secure and will not be passed on to any third parties. No card details will be saved if paying by card. Our Card Machine security is updated yearly.

Cancelation, Payment and Insurance.

We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy on vehicle sign writing, graphics and wraps. Jobs under £100 require payment in full upon order. All jobs over £100 require a 50% deposit. All customer vehicles are insured inside our unit and are allocated three spaces during working hours against any damage caused by ourselves to a value of £30,000. Vehicles left in the car park are at owners own risk and we do not cover any damages by a third party or theft. Any vehicles left outside overnight or weekends are not insured by Signtech Graphics and you do so at your own risk. Any signage cancelled after approval that is in production or complete will need to be paid for in full minus fitting change. Payment is on collection of vehicle or once signage is fully fitted to building.

Vehicles and Warranty. 

Vehicles for graphics and/or wraps should arrive clean. There will be a £35 plus vat charge for vehicles arriving very dirty. All graphics supplied and fitted by Signtech graphics have a minimum 5 year warranty against fading or lifting. We should be made aware of any vehicles that have had ceramic coating so we can remove it before fitting graphics/wraps. No warranty will be given for vehicles that have had ceramic coating within 2 years before graphic/wrap fitting.

Vehicle Graphics & Wrap Removal.

Signtech graphics cannot be held responsible for any paint taken off while removing graphics. We take the most upwards care when removing graphics & wraps but there is always a small risk when removing vinyl from paintwork. All factory paint on metal work has a very low risk. Factory paint on bumpers/plastics have a medium risk. Any car/van with any aftermarket or accident repair paint has a high risk.

Signage and Warranty.

Signage fitting has a 3 year warranty. All our jobs have a £2,000,000 limit of indemnity.  At the time of survey we will put in writing if any wood work needs replacing. Any woodwork fitted by Signtech will be pressure treated wood and will last for a minimum of 5 years. All screws and fittings should be checked after 3 years. Any exterior signage fitted with simple fix / stand off fittings should be checked every 3 years and should be replaced every 5 years for safety. This time can be halved if the signage is cleaned regularly by a window cleaner. We offer a maintenance contract to keep your signage in tip top condition and safe.
